Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process is used in aesthetic practice to support the skin’s natural renewal processes and improve the appearance of texture and certain skin concerns.
At Nova, microneedling is planned around your individual skin condition and treatment goals. Before proceeding, we assess your skin and discuss relevant medical history, previous treatments and expectations. Your practitioner will explain what the procedure involves, how your skin may look and feel afterwards, and the aftercare needed to support appropriate recovery.
How We Treat Microneedling
A consultation and skin assessment are carried out before treatment. Your practitioner determines the areas to be treated and discusses the appropriate treatment approach based on your skin and individual circumstances.
During the procedure, a professional microneedling device is moved across the selected areas to create controlled micro-injuries. The treatment intensity is adjusted according to the area and your individual needs. Temporary redness, sensitivity or mild swelling can occur afterwards, so you will receive clear aftercare instructions and guidance on caring for your skin during recovery.
